  • Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and functionality

1.3 Chrome Extension Data

  • Our Chrome extension captures your IMPLAN session credentials (cookies) when you visit IMPLAN.com
  • These credentials are transmitted securely to our service and stored temporarily in encrypted cache
  • Credentials are automatically deleted after your session ends or expires (typically 10 minutes of inactivity)

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our data export service
  • Process your payments and manage subscriptions

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active
  • Download History: Retained for 90 days
  • IMPLAN Credentials: Deleted after 10 minutes of inactivity or when session expires
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal information within 30 days, except for data we're legally required to retain.
